Ubuntu 7.10
I know Gutsy Gibbon has been out since the middle of October, but I have to say I love it, I'm using it now, and I'm using it more and more.
In fact, recently, I'm became part of the Ubuntu Forums Beginners Team 
That's how much I like Ubuntu, and how much I'm learning about it.
Will post more on stuff when I get a chance, with the run-up to Christmas I've been a bit busy
