I’m with plus.net, they’re shite beyond words, but it did take me under half an hour to download ubuntu studio via torrent. So it can be stupid quick, but it’s tempremental, and usually not working.

ISP often advertise maximum speed numbers.
But most of their customers won´t reach them. Thats not really OK

1. change the ISP
or
2. download till they drop

nice tool. my isp doesnt seem to give me wrong numbers, although the results tend to vary quite a bit.
