Not sure if the phrase “A Little Thanks” is used a lot in Spanish speaking places, but that’s what I want to do 
I did Spanish for a number of years (I believe it was 5, in total), and I enjoyed it, though I never really tried…to this day I’m surprised I did as well as I did in the subject. Recently on a trip to London, I spoke a little bit of Spanish, and read a short story entirely in Spanish – as the person I was staying with has learnt from colleagues at work, thus, had that book.
However I’ve kept it up since returning, I’ve even changed my Facebook language back from ‘English (Pirate)’ (that was a good 9 months though!) into ‘Español (España)’ which is helping me remember things…though Facebook notifications are pretty standard. So the main thanks I have to give are to the Spanish speak sub-forums on the Ubuntu Forums. For the main part, this includes the Argentina & Chile LoCo Teams – I’ve been reading threads in there, and for a large part, understanding them. It’s helping quite a lot, and for that – thanks for having your forums, & such a good LoCo team!

I think it’s ‘unas pocas gracias’, because ‘gracias’ is feminine and plural (e.g. ‘muchas gracias’), but ‘un poco’ is masculine and singular.
But, then again, I’m only in my third year of Spanish, whereas you’ve had five.

Un pequeño gracias. There we use little like in size, not in amount so, Poco would be amount, and pequeño would be size. Altho both mean -little- yes.
Spanish is really complicated, but keep up the learning, good job.

“A little thanks” is translated into spanish as “un pequeño agradecimento”.
A literal translations does not make sense and in any case it should be in plural. You can say “Gracias” or “Muchas gracias”, or even “Te lo agradezco”. But “pocas gracias” sound strange and maybe impolite (i do not thank you enought…)

Jesus Christ! Whatever you do, don’t use facebook to learn/practice Spanish! I used it for a while and went back to English cause it’s full of spelling errors that made my eyes bleed. And I’m a Spaniard!
Facebook should take care of some QA on user translations, but in the meanwhile it’s one of the best ways to learn to write Spanish like the most illiterate, class-skipping, ADD-riddled teenager.

I think what you want to say is ‘Un pequeño agradecimiento’ o ‘Algú agradecimento’ o incluso ‘Un poco de gracias’.
Well, my English is shorter than your Spanish.

As I’m sure is relatively obvious – I still have a long way to go. I’ll change the post title to un pequeño agradecimento (just to make sure).
Anoninato – I’ve noticed it’s not the most grammatically correct, but it makes me think, so I’ll keep it for now at least. I may go to upside down English instead

Congratulations for trying!!!!…
I think the trend is the opposite, unfortunately. I see many threads in popular sites, such as YouTube, where English speakers don´t like to see Spanish comments. I think the situation in the US is tight with the immigration thing and it is always good that people are willing to open their minds to other languages and cultures.
Good for you!!!…
And Btw, I am native Spanish, born in Madrid, and “Un pequeño agradecimiento” is simply perfect.

I am native Spanish too, “un pequeño agradecimiento” is perfect. “Unas pocas gracias” absolutely not ¬_¬
